Over the summer, I was looking for a less sugary cocktail to enjoy by the pool. I love a margarita; however, the pre-mix versions are laden with sugar and often nasty preservatives. These crepes are so easy to make my kids can whip them up! Made with all organic ingredients they are full of flavour and no nasty chemicals. We love to eat ours with whipped cream and strawberries. However, you can serve with honey, lemon and sugar or any flavour of jam. They are also fabulous served as a savoury dish.
