Yummy Shake
With my new training program I discovered that I need a light snack to keep me full between meals. I played around with a few of my favourite shakes and developed this Yummy Shake, its light, easy to digest and gives me a nice energy boost!

Ingredients
  1. 1 medium sized banana
  2. ½ cup almond milk
  3. ½ cup cold water
  4. ½ tsp – 1 tsp of cinnamon, depending on how much you like cinnamon
  5. 1 scoop of your preferred protein powder
  6. 1 tsp of agave nectar or honey
  7. 1 hand full of ice
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients in the blender and process until smooth.
Notes
  1. I use all organic ingredients for this shake and filtered water, making it a clean delicious snack between meals.
