With my new training program I discovered that I need a light snack to keep me full between meals. I played around with a few of my favourite shakes and developed this Yummy Shake, its light, easy to digest and gives me a nice energy boost!
Write a review
- 1 medium sized banana
- ½ cup almond milk
- ½ cup cold water
- ½ tsp – 1 tsp of cinnamon, depending on how much you like cinnamon
- 1 scoop of your preferred protein powder
- 1 tsp of agave nectar or honey
- 1 hand full of ice
- Place all the ingredients in the blender and process until smooth.
- I use all organic ingredients for this shake and filtered water, making it a clean delicious snack between meals.
