CHASE THE SUN

CRACK A NAP

While you nap adenosine will slowly melt away and you will wake feeling more alert and energised. The sleep experts suggest a 10-to-20-minute power nap will give you the best results, any longer and you could wake drowsy and groggy.
CHANGE YOUR COFFEE DATE
That lovely sleep-inducing chemical just mentioned can build up in your system. Once built up it will send a message to your heart and blood vessels to slow down. This will leave you feeling tired and off your game. So grabbing a coffee with a friend (when a nap isn’t an option) will only give you a temporary reprieve from wanting to curl up and call it a day. A brilliant way to reduce the build-up of adenosine is to get your blood pumping. So why not grab that coffee to go and go for a walk.
