These creepy but cute little puddings are a perfect healthy treat for kids this Halloween. Made from avocados and topped with crushed hazelnuts, they are simple to make and are a great alternative to all that Halloween candy.

Ingredients
  1. 2 ripe medium sized avocados
  2. 4 tbs of pure maple syrup
  3. 2 tbs raw cacao powder
  4. ½ cup of milk (full fat milk)
  5. 1/2 cup of crushed hazelnuts
  6. Oval biscuits of you choice and a black edible marker
Instructions
  1. Place all the ingredients into a blender and process until completely smooth, its best to scrape down the sides half way through to ensure it mixes well.
  2. Once processed divide into 4 separate bowls or glasses, top with hazelnuts and chill in the fridge.
  3. Decorate your oval biscuits and insert into pudding and serve.
Notes
  1. I use all organic ingredients for this recipe to minimise toxins and maximise nutrients. I also don't allow my kids to eat the black edible marker as they can contain harmful toxins, I break that little bit off before they eat.
