These delicious treats are wonderful as lunchboxes fillers. They are easy to make, they taste amazing and they don’t contain nuts. I know I make a lot of our protein balls, desserts and meals with nuts, this, of course, is fine at home but I always adhere to the nut-free restrictions at school and at all the other activities my kids attend. So, these Weetbix ball tick all the boxes for us and I am very happy to share them with you. Happy cooking!

1/2 cup organic shredded coconut

4 organic Weetbix
