These crepes are so easy to make my kids can whip them up!

Made with all organic ingredients they are full of flavour and no nasty chemicals.

We love to eat ours with whipped cream and strawberries. However, you can serve with honey, lemon and sugar or any flavour of jam.

They are also fabulous served as a savoury dish.

ORGANIC CREPES
These crepes are so easy to make my kids can whip them up! Made with all organic ingredients they are full of flavour and no nasty chemicals.

Ingredients
  1. 1 cup of organic plain flour
  2. 1 cup full fat organic milk
  3. 1 organic egg
  4. Organic grass-fed butter for cooking
Instructions
  1. Place all of the ingredients (not the butter) into a large mixing bowl. Whisk to combine. Make sure to whisk until all of the lumps have dissolved and you have a smooth mixture.
  2. Warm a medium to large sized fry pan over low to medium heat.
  3. Melt a small teaspoon of butter into the fry pan. Swirl to cover the pan. Add more if needed.
  4. Pour enough mix (will depend on your fry pan) to make a very thin layer across your pan, swirl the mix until it reaches the edge of the pan and is even.
  5. Cook for 1 minute each side.
  6. Remove from pan.
  7. Continue to cook remaining mixture.
Notes
