This is delicious smoothie that will leave you feeling full of energy. It's a wonderful combination of tropical flavours packed full of vitamins that will give your immune system a healthy boost.

  1. 1 cup fresh washed baby spinach leaves
  2. 1 cup mango (fresh or frozen)
  3. 1/2 medium banana (fresh or frozen)
  4. 1/2 cup orange juice (preferably fresh)
  5. 3/4 cup canned coconut milk
  6. 1/2 cup ice cubes (if you are using frozen mango and frozen banana use 1/4 cup of ice)
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth, serve and enjoy.
  1. I use all organic ingredients for this recipe. I do this to ensure I gain the maximum amount of vitamins and minerals from all the wonderful ingredients.
