This fudge will please every member of your family. It’s creamy texture and delicious peanut butter flavour is just divine!
- 1 cup organic crunchy peanut butter
- 2/3 cup organic coconut oil, melted
- 1/2 cup raw organic honey
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Pinch of Himalayan sea salt
- Place all of the ingredients into a medium saucepan, place over low heat. Stir continuously until the mixture melts and combines. Pour the mixture into a small slice pan lined with baking paper. Refrigerate for a minimum of 3 hours, preferably refrigerate over night. Slice the fudge to your preferred portions and serve. The fudge will need to be kept refrigerated and stored in an airtight container.
