Sunshine, the smell of cut grass, the sight of golden mangoes at the markets means it’s time to shed those extra layers of clothing, put away your slowcooker and start thinking about salads and BBQ’s.
This weather has inspired me to revamp what I’m eating and what my family is eating.I want to put that extra effort into planning meals, making snacks and to continue to teach my kids about making good food choices and perhaps, just perhaps convince them to try something new!!
This week I have posted two recipes that I make for my kids, they are yummy and I swear the chocolate mousse recipe tastes like chocolate yogo.
I’ve also written about why I have chosen Crossfit to help me lose weight, tone up and finally get fit.
